Random Geneva Wanderings

Today was one of the first really nice days here and Geneva. As we were walking back to Rue Muzy (where our dorm is located) from a marathon grocery shopping trip, we decided to go into the old town and find a nice café and have some coffee outside. Of course, it seemed as if everyone in the city had the same idea, as the old town cafés were all jam packed with people.

There literally seemed to be hundreds of Genevians (that's probably not the right term, but I'm just going to role with it), and this is the only picture that gives justice to just how many people were out and about.

After the delicious latté, it was so nice that we decided to go on an impromptu walk along the lake. All in all it was about a three hour little trip, but completely worth it with the clear skies and not bitter cold.
